  • Led and delivered technical cross-functional project to automate UHD-quality offer generation on Prime Video titles, ultimately improving on-time publish of Prime Video titles with UHD offerings by ~30% and for the first time, at scale, enabling customers to view and initiate SD, HD, and UHD-quality playback from a single title page on the Prime Video site.

  • Led creation and establishment of durable, global Prime Video Platform-specific Correction of Errors program and SOP to identify, deep-dive, quantify, and programmatically resolve significant, customer-impacting technical and operational issues.
