• After my internship in 2023 as a technical recruiter, I received a full-time offer to work with the company.
• As a campus recruiter, I was hand-selected to work alongside the internal talent acquisition specialist. I represented Insight Global's culture and shared values, and increased brand awareness through creative marketing and networking strategies.

Technical Recruiter.

• Lead candidates through the interview process, from start to finish, by sourcing from internal and external databases to interviews and onboarding.
• Conducted phone, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom interviews with candidates across diverse roles and backgrounds.
• Provided market analysis across teams and clients.

Account Manager.

• As an Account Manager, I sourced qualified leads through prospecting and lead generation to support business development efforts.
• Focused on cold outreach to identify new business opportunities, consistently meeting KPIs, and tracking metrics in CRM.
• Built and maintained relationships with high-level managers, directors, and C-suite executives to promote services and address market challenges.

• At Pure Nutrition, I learned skills in the customer service sector and the marketing sector.
• Here, I would work one-on-one with customers to figure out their exact needs concerning their nutritional lifestyles.
• This allowed me to focus on skills like attention to detail, product knowledge, building trust with customers, phone skills, follow-up, and communication skills to help grow the company's sales.
• Most importantly, I learned many different marketing tactics in hopes of growing the customer base.

• At Marylou's, I created upwards of 100 custom drink orders per day, while keeping the company's culture in mind.
• Here, I learned the importance of being time-efficient while working with drink orders, lottery, inventory, training, and cleaning.
• Here, I trained people on how to properly close the store and follow precise protocols and methods in order to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

• At Ames Farm Inn, I learned the importance of multitasking, as well as working hard, in order to advance in the workplace.
• I quickly progressed here, as I was a fast learner.
• I advanced to four positions within one summer to work hands-on with assisting people's needs.
