Lauren Rodgers

I'm Lauren Rodgers, a senior at UTK majoring in Communication Studies. My passion lies in connecting people and ideas, which is evident in my coursework and interpersonal interactions. My top strengths include positivity, the ability to win others over, and effective communication which I apply particularly well in one-on-one and small group settings.

My academic journey has equipped me with valuable skills in social media strategy, integrated marketing communication management, and event planning. These, combined with my customer service experience, have honed my ability to engage diverse audiences.

I'm eager to apply my skills in a professional environment, especially in strategic communications or marketing. However, I'm also open to exploring opportunities in human resources or talent acquisition. What drives me is the chance to learn and contribute equally.

My goal is to secure an internship where I can apply my knowledge while continuing to grow professionally. I believe my enthusiasm for clear communication and my knack for making people feel valued will make me a valuable team member.
