*Opening Clinic Duties (i.e. Turn on T.V., clinic lights, clean work area etc)
*Greet each patient/family member(s)-check patients in for doctor's appointments/make follow up appointment(s) as well as schedule infusions/transfusion/injections.
*Schedule clinic/lab appointments(s) from clinic/lab workqueue
*Blocking Providers schedules for (Conferences/Inpt Consults/Vacations)
*Build New Provider(s) and/or make changes to Provider(s) (as needed)
*Ability to answer telephone utilizing proper telephone etiquette
*Ability to work in a fast pace environment
*Ability to prioritize work flow

*Preforming opening clinic duties
*Checking on cleanliness of waiting room
*Greeting patients
*Calling Plant Ops(replacement of water, problems w/items in dept)
*Checking patients in/out for appointments
*Scheduling Patients for upcoming appointments (i.e. Colonoscopies, EGD, EUS, ERCP and X-ray Exam Etc)
*Closing duties when needed-making sure there are no patients in clinic, doors are locked and copayments are calculated, making sure that all PHI is secured and/or discarded
