Testimonials and recent examples of
Lauren's hard work:
"Lauren has been very impressive with her expertise on the rack assembly process. She comes prepared to the daily E5-2L meeting with status on the racks. She always has a smile and is willing to find out and fix any issues that have arisen.
I enjoy having her on the team." - Sherryl Jensen, Oracle PM
"Lauren should be recognized for her exhaustive support in assisting with resolutions to our countless storage product quality issues. Her willingness to coordinate and support multiple on-site supplier visits to recover from the issues has proven to be absolutely indispensable." - Glenn Yokoi,
Oracle MPE
"Lauren is always helpful and willing to support anything that is needed.
She provides feedback that has been thought through with an emphasis on improving the manufacturing experience." - Steve Beck, Oracle PE
Exadata X10M P1 - Daily calls, 16 server configs, 21 racks builds, complicated quality issues, constant pressure to ship, and a plethora of last-minute config changes by Oracle has made this one of the most challenging product releases to date. Within all this commotion Lauren has led the charge on the manufacturing floor and her contributions were integral to build success.
• E5-2L chassis ear spring issue - Lauren proactively escalated concerns of the ear spring condition.
She coordinated short-term corrective actions with Oracle SCO and OHD to reduce the risk of damage on P1 chassis while a long-term solution was developed.
Without Lauren's immediate actions there would have been significant schedule delays and more damaged components.
Thank you!
