• Working in cooperation with other members of the committee

• Planning and organizing weekly sermon, preaching, and conducting worship services

• Pursue growth for every child and set a goal to see each child actively grow in their faith.

• Research and decide on the most effective programs to impact the children.

• Report to and keep the senior associate pastor informed of staff accomplishments, challenges, and plans at all times.

• Participate in staff meetings and provide up-to-date information about the ministry.

• A non-profit organization that provides sports and fine arts programs for children with special needs in San Antonio and the surrounding area
• I volunteered for one of their baseball games, where I was paired with a child with special needs. I was able to assist them in successfully completing the game, cheer them on, and offer words of encouragement.
