Responsible for providing technical support to all Regional Sales Managers in North America (US, CAN, MEX), and if needed, for Latin America, while managing a local tech support team in Sycamore.

Managing select key lighting accounts in the Midwest and Eastern Regions for all sales and new product development activities.

Travelling with Regional Sales Managers to help customers specify new lighting products, to help select correct LED and lens components and to ensure compliance with UL and DLC.

Simulating lighting layouts for key customers using AGI32, Visual Lighting or Dialux.

Working with LEDiL Oy Product Management Teams on new North America specific products and their specifications for a variety of applications including street lighting and area lighting.

Training all new LEDiL Regional Managers for LEDiL products, Lighting applications and Account Management.

Managing sales activities for the company in twelve States of the Midwest for lighting products including office lighting, retail lighting, track lighting and downlight applications.

Providing technical sales support to all other Regional Sales Managers on complex lighting projects.

Responsible for managing the distribution chain for LEDIL Lighting products for key accounts in the Midwest by working and strategizing with several distribution partners in the area.

Managed two separate Sales Regions for LEDIL Oy, the Balkans in Eastern Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Kosovo) and the 12 States of Midwest in the US.

Worked extensively with distribution partners in all countries to support the local customers. 

Provided technical training to distribution partners in all countries on a regular basis for the latest LEDIL lighting products.

Increased the revenue from these regions by more than 40%.

Lead a team of four laboratory technicians to provide photometric measurements for LEDIL Oy's Research and Development team. 

Trained new laboratory technicians to increase the number of daily photometric measurements.

Built prototypes of LEDIL products with the key designers and tested them to provide an analysis on the performance of the prototype products. 

Worked with the LEDIL  IT-department to develop new method's for automated measurement to increase speed and decrease manual workload. 

Tested and analyzed customers' complete lighting fixtures and interacted with the customers to troubleshoot performance issues.

Ran one of the three photometric laboratories full time to provide photometric measurements to the Research and Development team and LEDIL customers.

Worked on several prototypes for key designers and along with the Laboratory Team Leader, provided analysis and feedback on the performance of the prototypes.

Provided measurement reports for customers' full fixtures to our Laboratory Team Leader and Engineering Management. 

Was trained to measure the optical efficiency, Full width at half max, Full width at 10% max and candela intensities at different angles from LEDIL products and customers' fixtures.

Also ran Infrared and Ultraviolet measurements for non-visible spectrum products.
