Summary
I am an early childhood educator with 15 years of experience. I love to design design data-driven, individualized interventions / instruction to accelerate literacy as well as math growth. I spent 13 years as an interventionist. During that time, I planned small-group instruction, assessed / progress monitored regularly to check student growth. I used that data to drive my decision making progress. Following my time as an interventionist, I independently pursued Orton-Gillingham training which I have used as a first grade teacher to further grow my students. I am a leader who coaches colleagues, leads teams, and partners with families to create positive, inclusive classroom environments.
