I proudly bring 15+ years (25 years total) supporting youth (and families) in behavioral & mental health initiatives; juvenile justice through case management & advocacy, volunteer and community programs and education. I have proven experience partnering with students and colleagues to build trust, improve engagement, and strengthen learning outcomes. I'm known for adaptability, patience, empathy, and consistent, student-centered support.
I also have the ability to bring out the best in students with some of the most challenging life circumstances, attitudes and behaviors. My real strength lies within my passion for building trusting work relationships with students and colleagues, in addition to possessing a good sense of humor, which is a crucial part of working in the learning environment. My education technician III certification is valid until 2029.
