Founded KAI, a New York City initiative aimed at empowering aspiring artists by providing a re-imagined curriculum that combines classic dance techniques with voice and acting training, bridging the gap to professional stages.

Identified top talent nation wide for an Amazon Prime series written and directed by Dan Palladino and Amy Sherman Palladino.

• Identify and train world class ballet dancers to potentially be cast for the 2 leading roles in the hit show An American in Paris. Training involves scene work, singing as well as teaching choreography. The position works in conjunction with Telsey & Company and the UK based James Orange Casting.

• Integral part of creative team. Developing storyline, creating choreography, consulting on marketing strategies, advising social media campaigns.

• Performed lead role in Twyla Tharp's show featuring the song book of Frank Sinatra. Created show from inception to audience as well as managed artists during the run. Taught choreography, organized rehearsals and put new artists into replacement positions.

• Performed the lead role of Brenda in Billy Joel and Twyla Tharp's hit show. Performed on broadway, all of North America and Asia. Represented show during all PR campaigns in North America.

• Trained and choreographed 75 artists from 5 different countries. Managed rehearsal times, communicated with translators and created show with renowned director Franco Dragone. After opening maintained the quality of production and rehearsed artists inspiring opening night quality performances.

• Created and produced 3 nights of dance theater at Tribeca Performing Arts Center. Created budget, managed and created advertising campaign, cast talent, managed rehearsals... sold out show.
