This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, and contributes to a positive patient experience. Is responsible for greeting customers, verifying and entering patient information, collecting insurance details, obtaining required signatures, and ensuring accurate and timely registration for medical services.

The vault teller is responsible for the management, security, and reconciliation of the branch's cash vault, as well as the distribution and receipt of currency and coin. This role supports teller and branch operations by ensuring adequate cash levels, maintaining accurate records, processing large cash transactions, coordinating armored car shipments, and enforcing internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
