As a counselor, it was important to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment for all kids to learn and grow. I'm skilled in organizing activities and providing academic support for the kids to ensure they have the best, fun, and memorable experience with their after-school program. My experience working with the kids as a counselor was building positive communication skills, as well as making an after-school program memorable for them.
