Since graduating from the University of Central Missouri in 2020, I have proven myself as a valuable asset for various organizations. In my time with ExacTech, I established myself as a high level operator, often times managing 4 joint cases in a single day at various hospitals through the Kansas City Metro. Later with Goosehead, I stepped out of my comfort zone and formed relationships with 15 loan officers to drive referrals and grow my personal book of business, generating $120,000 in revenue. As I look forward to the next step in my career, I am excited to use lessons learned from past experiences to grow professionally and personally. I desire to be uncomfortable and on the front lines of change in an organization or industry as it is where I thrive.
