Withing the first 5 years at Nike, I managed to be promoted to Grind Captain in thermoforming.
-Then I was sent to Extrusion for about 6 months and was on the back end of the line.
-Then Was promoted again to being a Plastics machine operator (Utility Player)
Ever since these position changes / promotions, I have been mastering / fiercely growing all the different platforms in each department.
As of right now I possess Excellent trouble shooting skills on all platforms and repairing most any machine Nike has to offer.
