Led a district-wide initiative between Reynolds School District and the Reynolds Education Association to select and implement a new teacher evaluation tool. Partnered with the Center for Educational Leadership (CEL) to build school leaders’ capacity in classroom observation, analysis, and collaborative dialogue. Designed and delivered professional development for teachers on the 5D instructional framework and 5D+ evaluation rubric, ensuring consistent and effective district-wide adoption of the new evaluation system.
