• Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

- Proficient in advanced life support interventions, ventilator management, ECMO, CRRT, ICP monitoring, and titration of vasoactive medications.

- Deliver high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in a Level 1 PICU setting with a multidisciplinary team.

- Titrate vasopressors and sedation on hemodynamically unstable patients

- Manage and assess the critical vitals of patients undergoing CRRT/Hemodialysis

- Routinely assess critical patients pre/post-op liver, kidney and pancreas transplants

- Oversaw the planning, coordination, and execution of logistical operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, distribution, and transportation support for unit readiness and global deployment.

- Prepared and reviewed shipping documents, conducted audits and inspections, and enforced compliance with Army regulations and safety standards.
