Coordinate and manage a team of twenty-two (22) individuals in newly-established positions instituted by Maryland statute within the Frederick County Public School system to broaden student exposure to, and awareness of, career choice and pathways as mandated by Maryland's "Blueprint" education reform legislation.

• Selected by a diverse body of stakeholders to implement a new state-wide program connected with Maryland's "Blueprint" education reform initiative.
• Train, lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of twenty-two (22) individuals deployed throughout twenty-seven (27) schools in Frederick County, MD who continue to positively impact the future of 26,000 students.
• Established, developed, and maintained personal connections and effective working relationships between team members.
• With exceptional interpersonal skills, established and maintained collaborative network of relationships between all stakeholders at the county and state-wide levels of government.
• Advise, teach, and mentor a wide range of learners and stakeholders within the program and at the state-level of government.
• Ensure the delivery of consistent services and accountability in county government and across diverse feeder patterns within the school system with evidence-based conclusions (visualization testimony) and quantitative analytics.

Serve as the sole public voting member on a Foreign Service Promotion Board, evaluating and ranking the accomplishments of more than 20% of the entire Foreign Service with political-public diplomacy, and consular-management specializations.

• Elevated U.S. national security interests by reviewing, assessing, and ranking 3,200 DoS Foreign Service officers throughout 3 promotion cycles.
• Reviewed 40 files per day with each containing 5 years of information, including work history, location, and experiences.
• Contributed to the promotion panel as a private sector representative, reviewing hundreds of classified personnel files of officers seeking promotion and deliberating with panel members to assign individual rankings to each applicant officer.
• Selected by the Director General of the Foreign Service to provide an in-depth analytical perspective and overview on panel discussions.
• Granted a Public Trust security clearance by the Department of State.

Instructed 90+ students each year in the subjects of: ethics, history, logic, and philosophy.

• Championed the introduction of new course offerings and served as the first instructor to teach the subject of philosophy, implementing, developing, and teaching 7 philosophy course offerings. Within 3 years, the school integrated the philosophy course as a subject in their core curriculum.
• Supported the development of 90+ philosophy students per year, achieving a 95% pass rate over 15 years.
• Selected by administration to serve on the Faculty Retention and Compensation committee, thereby contributing to the institution's advancement strategy.

Selected as a highly-rated instructor to teach three (3) foundational philosophy courses to 75 adult students per semester, including a considerable number of combat veterans from Afghanistan and Iraq.

• Received a 4 (out of 5) satisfaction score from over 400 students over 7 years.

Served as an adjunct instructor, educating, tutoring, and grading critical thinking and ethics courses through Metropolitan College and 300-level general ethics courses through the School of Philosophy

• Received an 8 out of 10 satisfaction score from 900 students over 10 years.

Served on a team responsible for the nightly compilation, assembly, and physical delivery of briefing materials (domestic & national security) for the President & Vice President.

• Successfully maintained custody and secure status of over 40,000 pages of briefing documents over the course of my tenure.
