As an Operations Management Specialist, I shared responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a UPS package delivery center. This included the reconciliation of employee timecards, efficient driver dispatching, pickup compliance, customer service concern resolution, claims investigation and mitigation. I was also responsible for ensuring that high quality and timely service was provided by employees in my center.
