  • I provide patients with survivorship care plans and continued survivorship education and assistance after their active treatment phase is complete.
  • I educated patients that are at high-risk for cancer about options for prevention/surveillance. This includes patients that are found to have a cancer mutation, those with family history of cancer that affects their cancer screening recommendations based on elevated cancer risk, and/or those that have and elevated lifetime risk for breast cancer.
