At school, I embody a sense of responsibility as a diligent student and a dependable classmate. I consistently endeavor to surpass my own expectations and meet the standards set by those around me. When it comes to my profound passion for life science, it was through my active engagement in HOSA's events that I discovered my aspiration. Notably, my journey with HOSA has yielded remarkable achievements, including a commendable placement among the top 5 at the California State Leadership Conference, as well as an honorable top 10 standing at the International Leadership Conference, both in which I competed in the field of forensic science. The experience as a HOSA competitor allows me to cultivate my personal resilience and the manner of working professionally. Besides, I was also able to establish valuable relationships and acquire important skills in cooperation and communication For an acknowledgeable duration, I dedicated my time to volunteer as a teacher assistant within a non-profit Vietnamese language program. Upon taking this role, my responsibilities encompassed a range of essential tasks, including reviewing homework submissions, maintaining attendance records, grading final exams, and providing crucial guidance to students regarding their inquiries or classroom assignments. On certain exceptional occasions when the lead instructor was absent, I would willingly accept the opportunity to step into the role of lecturer, delivering lessons and assigning homework in alignment with the curriculum. My experience as a teacher assistant provides me with numerous opportunities to collaborate with individuals spanning various age groups, ranging from young children to the elderly. This exposure enables me to proactively equip myself with the skills necessary to effectively interact with people of different age groups and establish positive connections with them.

During school days, I often spend most of my time doing homework and preparing for the next day. However, I also carved out some of my time to do simple house chores such as cooking and watering the plants. My to-go activities once I'm done with all my work of the day is to have a quick chat with friends, a little bit of time for gaming or watching anime, and listening to my favorite songs. 

During holidays, I would either spend my time with family or give myself a small break from all the school work by treating myself to my favorite dish or to do the entertaining activities that I love to. Besides, I would also be able to help my parents more with domestic chores when I'm free at home.
