  • Provide professional services for all offsite pathologists.
  • Implemented successful load balancing for the North Region Cytology to maintain TAT.

  • Involved with national Cytology director on regionalization of Cytology testing for increased efficiencies and workflows.

  • Successfully created and implemented a Cytotechnologist Training Plan for all new hires at Marlborough lab that was acknowledged by AP MQA as a model plan.
  • Responsible for the training and onboarding of all new Cytotechnologists.
  • Successfully transitioned the satellite facility and entire staff to the new regional lab.
  • Project lead for the Cytology department SOP system.
