I have been the Warehouse Manager for 2 years, before that I was a Site Manager. I was moved from Site Manager to Warehouse Manager due to the fact that the warehouse had not been set-up and the Operations Manager knew I would be able to handle the challenge of creating something from nothing. I also have a 30 hour class for OSHA and handled that for the car wash.

I have P&L responsibility experience, training experience, maintenance experience, and running and managing a car wash. I have hired and fired personel and trained from inexperienced to very experienced personnel.
