  • In 1998 I Designed and implemented the Wide Area Network connecting two multi-building campuses via Twisted Pair Ethernet, Fiber Optic Cabling, and 2 T1’s to provide Enterprise-wide Internet Access and file, print, and application sharing
  • In 1999 and 2000, I designed and implemented the upgrade of both campuses to a completely 100mbps switched Ethernet Network
  • Currently I provide second-level support for PC and Macintosh equipment as well as provide daily technical support to users
  • I am responsible for the management of a two-campus, multi-domain network consisting of 3 T1’s, over 500 Macintosh and PC client machines, 10 Windows NT 4.0, 2000, and 2003 servers, and 42 network printers
  • Part of these duties includes the management of an internal email system and the management of Internet email through an offsite vendor
  • I recommend non-educational equipment and software as well as aid in the development of the school’s 5-year technology plan
  • I also supervise the participants of the Moravian Academy Local Area Networking Administration Internship
  • Beginning with the 2004 – 2005 school year I began managing vendor relations and facilitating the ordering and processing of equipment and software.
