Participated in continuing education programs to stay current on industry best practices while improving professional skills related to nursing technician duties and responsibilities. Monitored, tracked, and conveyed important patient information to healthcare staff to help optimize treatment planning and care delivery. Offered immediate assistance in emergency and routine paging situations to evaluate needs and deliver care. Kept optimal supply levels in treatment rooms, triage, and other areas to meet typical patient loads. Maintained patient stability by checking vital signs and weight.

I traveled to patient homes to provide care and assistance with daily living. I assisted patient just leaving a hospital to pateints with chronic illnesses and also patients on hospice. Assisted with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain patient hygiene and dignity. Improved patient satisfaction by actively listening and addressing concerns or requests promptly. Assisted with feeding and monitored intake to help patients achieve nutritional regular vital signs checks, monitoring patients'' conditions and reporting any changes to medical staff and family members. Help relieve caregiver burden by providing respite care services that allowed family members time away from caregiving for clients with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, diabetes, Parkinson's disease and muscular dystrophy, Cancer, and other illnesess. Assisted with feeding and monitored intake to help patients achieve nutritional Work closely with pateints families and their medical teams involved with that patient.

Assisted with patient care under the guidance of Nursing staff. I helped with daily activities as tolerated. I worked on the general stay unit. But occassionally as needed I floated to PCU and med/surg as needed. Assisted with educating patients about their illness's and care needed once home. Collected samples from pateints and sent them off to the correct labs. transported pateints as needed to other areas of the hospital. Facilitated timely responses to call lights, promoting positive patient experiences and addressing concerns as needed. Aided in preventing falls or injuries by implementing appropriate safety precautions for high-risk patients. At this hospital we had 1:1 patient ratio at times to those pateints that need extra care.

I provided care and monitored individuals in a locked down mental facility. All individuals had court orders and some are just under orders for observation to see if they could stand trial or had been sentenced to the facility until such time they could be released to another setting.Utilized de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors effectively, promoting a calm atmosphere conducive to healing. Charted on each patient daily. Maintained accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, facilitating effective communication among healthcare team members. I maintained a order and schedule daily activities.
