in my job at discount tire the main skill i had to learn was people skills and sales. working with customers is a art. the role of my job is a service coordinator which is like the team leader. the team is made up of 4 or 5 people. in this i would have to be in charge of multiple techs and have to run back and forth while communicating with the customer.
