Militia Man
- Started in 1774
- 1775; Went to Roxbury Massachusets following the Battle of Lexington and Concord
- Remained in active duty until contracted typhus
I have done every type of job out there. I started as an indentured servant at a young age. As a free black man, I decided to join the militia, and served garrison duty until medically discharges due to typhus. After that, I wrote out against slavery and abolition. In 1780 I got my license to preach and then ordained in 1785. I served at West Parish church until I was let go without reason in 1818.
