I am a great communicator and problem solver. I love dealing with people. I was a college football coach as well as high school of which I am currently still coaching high school football. I have been coaching football at those levels for over 20 years and I am very competitive. A fast learner and ( once again) problem solver. As a defensive coordinator you have to make adjustments fast so I have to stay on my toes.
