Supervised Nurses Aides in their daily performance of care to residents which included feeding, hygiene,ambulation and assistance with other ADL's as needed.I dispensed medication, assessed residents physical and mental status as observed and then charted them accordingly on a daily basis.

Assisted Residents in their ADL's,assisted in intervention to prevent self-harm or injury to other residents and staff as well.Observed and charted residents daily activates and any changes thereof.
