My private practice offers personalized sessions formulated around client's needs, abilities, and goals. I incorporate a range motion, and postural deviation assessment, breathwork, and myofascial and somatic therapies before beginning specific work. I utilize my extensive knowledge of body-works and wide range of skills to create a combination of modalities that will facilitate recovery and relaxation for the client. I am organized, punctual, and accountable for cultivating loyal client connections, and high rate referrals based on a quality experience. My commitment to the highest standards of cleanliness, and service; following the HIPAA regulations, is integrated through my professionalism and neutral and compassionate approach.

• I am able to exercise my ability to prioritize and eloquently execute strategies in both my client's sessions and throughout the 7 day 500+ mile journey as part of the california coast classic.
• As part of a team we coordinate setting up, packing up and being ready to meet the cyclists at their pit stops to aid in their rest and recovery.
• Utilizing trauma based therapies, extensive knowledge in reciprocal inhibition, and lymphatic techniques for treating each client's individual experiences with arthritis.
