I came back to Sheps environmental from Trinity building and design to pursue a general manger position. My time back here I managed 3 dirt work and environmental protection crews. While running a finish grade crew myself . The owner of the company had personal business to tend too in his home state of Wisconsin. He has since returned back to Florida and picked back up the role at the company .

My work at Trinity building and design started out on new construction septic installation crew. This role was split into 2 crews . 1 crew dug the holes for septic tank and sand beds . The next crew came in and installed plumbing from house to tank and tank to drain field . This was the crew I was assigned too and ran for roughly a year . Sometimes work with septics would be slow and I would bounce around . Installing Culverts. Building pads. Finish grading houses etc. also dug footers for commercial building with excavator from time to time .

Started out my construction career as a silt fence & environmental protection labor. Was a labor for about 6 months before being promoted to crew lead . My job as a crew lead consisted of running trenchers. Vermeer rtx 450 and similar trenchers.installing silt fence both lot and land for Lennar, pulte homes , et Mackenzie and Ryan golf. I stayed at this position for about 6 months then bumped my way up to the finish grade crew. This role consisted of running the skid steers, rollers, front end wheel loaders . Driving a ford f350 with 26ft trailer to and from Bradenton, to naples and everywhere in between. We finish graded common areas in community’s, also sitework for houses. Land clearing . Pad build . Culvert installation . Drive cut . Stucco grades . Extensive experience and knowledge with finish grading in skid steers. Very familiar with laser level and shooting grades . Fluent with running string lines to accomplish water draining .
