Blue Print Reading:
Able to read Orthographic drawings, ISO metric, auxiliary, and sectional views
Able to determine dimensions from various mechanical drawings
Able to recognize symbols in different type of drawings
Precision Measurement:
Recognize precision measuring instruments
Demonstrate proper care of precision measuring instruments
Able to measure accurately using both English and Metric measurement scales
Computer Literacy:
Can run a program from desktop to start menu
Operate internet browser and enter a website using a url
Create and save a word processing file using both Google Word and Microsoft Word
Create and save a spreadsheet file using both Google Spreadsheet and Microsoft Excel
OSHA Safety:
Participated in a 10-hour OSHA Safety Training that included flammable and combustible liquids, exit routes, emergency action plans, fire protection equipment, hazard communication, walking-working service, ergonomics, and lockout/tagout procedures
CPR:
Recognize and respond to an emergency
Able to care for a choking person and who is not breathing
Correctly check an unconscious person for life and non-life threatening conditions
Can give CPR and know how to use an AED
Forklift Operation:
Operate a forklift
Understands safety protocols
Navigate different environments, load and unload materials, understand weight limits, proper loading techniques, and securing loads to prevent accidents
