As a Fleet Manager/Dispatcher, I was responsible for inspecting over 15 vans at the end of each day to ensure their safety. I made phone calls to various cities to inquire about vans. I also picked up vans from different locations. My duties included changing tires and making necessary repairs to the vans. Additionally, I provided drivers with assistance whenever they encountered any issues. I had to quickly devise solutions to the problems they faced. Furthermore, I was tasked with writing reports at the end of each day.

• As an Amazon Delivery Driver, I work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. I am responsible for delivering 250+ packages a day while maintaining logistics and safe driving as I go throughout my route. At the same time, I maintain effective communication with the dispatcher and my co-workers in case anybody is getting behind on their deliveries; in that case I aid whenever someone needs help completing their route.

• I started working with Fernandez Farms since I was 14, as an apricot cutter. However; my eagerness to learn all the other positions allowed me to become a supervisor very quickly. As a supervisor I had various responsibilities. I was responsible for overseeing the apricot cutters, punching and removing their trays; using the forklift and the tractor to move the pallets and fruit around. All of this while maintaining effective communication between the owner and the pickers to provide apricots in a timely manner to keep all the stations working.
