I started my career at Electrolux in 2003 as a Production Associate. I worked my way to Team Lead position and was promoted to Production supervisor and have continued this role for 10 years. Along the way I have also served as a back up Shift Manager. I have taken up several classes to improve my growth and career. I managed the startup and operations of our new facility Bronco. Served on Electrolux Safety Committee. Member of the Hire Committee. Facilitated and Participated in 5 areas of the 5S Projects.

Accomplishments

I have accomplished Electrolux Code of Conduct, Antitrust , Preventing Workplace Harassment, Recognizing Conflicts of Interest and Resolving Conflicts of Interest,and Diversity and Inclusion at Electrolux. I was choosen to start up the New Facility which included collaboration with other supervisor,brazers,and Shift mangers.My expertise was Lead to us meeting our goals on a Production Line that was not achieving Production Goals. I also was chosen to train new incoming supervisor who have also in their new positions.
