• Acting as Patient Care Captain for district. Designed and introduced leadership development for staff pharmacists by having them spearhead CVS's patient care initiative for their teams. Have coached and developed them throughout process.
• Fostered excellence by overseeing one of only 3 large COVID vaccine administration sites for CVS in MN. Expanded technician role to also include vaccinator.
• Supervise team of pharmacists, pharmacy interns, and pharmacy technicians.
• Recruit, hire and train all staff, providing direct supervision, ongoing staff development and continuing education to employees.
• Protect drug inventories from damage or theft by enforcing clear pharmacy security policies.
