With a distinguished career of 19 years at the United States Air Force, I excel in organizational and personnel management, showcasing innovation and mentoring prowess. As the Commandant for Airman Leadership School, I oversee the first level of professional military education and am responsible for preparing Airmen and Guardians to be professional leaders, supervisors, communicators and problem solvers. I direct four instructors through strategic improvements and leadership development, significantly enhancing team performance and operational efficiency while ensuring curriculum meets The Barnes Center for Enlisted Education and Community College of the Air Force standards. My approach combines rigorous analytical skills with a commitment to an exceptional education experience, fostering personal and professional growth, and achieving mission success through effective collaboration and leadership.
