• Completed intakes on Salesforce for over 90% of assigned COVID cases and their contacts via phone or in person during home visits
• Conducted thousands of Case investigation interviews, contact intakes, and case monitoring
• Ensured cases and contacts received the wraparound services they needed to adequately comply with isolation instructions
• Provided emergency counseling for clients in crisis due to COVID
• Delivered supplies such as masks, COVID tests, and pre-paid phones to dozens of clients throughout

• Canvassed dozens of neighborhoods throughout New York City to educate and hand out supplies to thousands of people on COVID
• Performed hundreds of home visits to help clients with housing issues such as facing eviction and needing home repairs receive the information that they needed to help them remain in their homes.

• Interviewed dozens of justice-involved young adults on subjects such as their substance use, sexual history, and family history
• Conducted major scientific surveys/studies or projects to identify and solve public health problems
• Performed HIV and STI testing at the request of participants
• Created an Excel spreadsheet that contained information on over 100 locations that offer services on HIV, STI’s, Substance Abuse, and Mental Health throughout New York City to help the people that I interviewed.
