I was an aide on the “people to places” work van, monitoring and looking after special needs children, making sure they made to and from school safely
Since arriving at Whole Foods back in February, my willingness to learn was impeccable, keep in mind I arrived with zero experience in the seafood department, i immediately became a sponge soaking up anything I could possibly learn from my team leader Mark, and my associate team leader Marcus. I quote my Team leader Mark C. “ It’s been years since I’ve had some one enter my department with as much drive and willingness to learn as Lester”. For anyone paying attention, my dedication is crystal clear, attendance almost perfect, on time everyday, assisting in training canidates without “Team Trainer” position, learning how to open the store to relieve some of the pressure off of my Team leader Mark C. Maintaining flexible hours, treating my co workers as well as customers the way I would want to be treated. Moving forward, if you guys would allow me to serve as you ATL, My work habits and practices will remain the same.
