Substance Use Prevention and Recovery Liaison with the Clinical Division. Duties included, completing consultations and referral services to the field and following up with the critical case referrals. Provided contract monitoring and oversight to seven substance use treatment agencies and one therapeutic agency. Completed Decision memos and NOFO with my contracted providers. Participated in collaborative meetings with different agencies such as, SUPR, DEC Alliances, MERC and etc, Provided on-going training to the field on administering the oral toxicology test. Completed billing and worked with the Fiscal division in Springfield.

High Risk Intact Family Unit. Provided direct supervision to a total of seven Child Welfare Specialists. Provided clinical supervision along with making critical decisions. Ensured that service delivery and case documentation were maintained. Participated in Statewide meetings with DHS and other stakeholders who provided ongoing services to High Risk Intact. Temporarily assigned as the Deputy Director of High Risk Intact.

Provided supervision and direction to a team of Child Welfare Specialists on a placement team. Conducted monthly team meetings. Temporarily assigned as the Area Administrator. Participated in ACRs and attended Juvenile court, when needed. Provided ongoing clinical supervision and critical supervision. Delegated assignments, when needed. Completed other duties as assigned when requested. Consulted with Labor Relations when conducting progressive disciplining.
