Here's a quick version of who I have become within who I am and what have built. Growing up in a single parent family I never really had the chance to experience the outdoors much. Once I started working at 15 years old, my employer allowed me full access to hunt and fish 1500 acres in north Texas that had hardly ever been touched. Once it started, it was a sickness. I couldn’t get out of the woods! Fast forward 10 years, the place had been sold, I kept finding places to go and kept learning everyday. I started guiding fishing trips and hog hunts in 2018 part time and fed off of the enjoyment my clients' faces would show once they had their hands on what they were after. During this whole time period I went from mowing grass, cleaning jets, and doing "grunt" work to become a shop lead after acquiring my airframe & powerplant license and managing a crew of 5-10 mechanics. I planned maintenance tasks and assigned workers with their jobs to obtain the upmost production and inspected their work up to my standards while maintaining a healthy and happy work force.  The year 2021, with a wife and two amazing kids, I said we were throwing it all in the wind and moving to Florida. I quit my job as an aviation mechanic of 12 years, sold our home, bought a camper and hauled my boat south. We spent the year there catching peacock bass and shooting iguanas living/working a dream job. I have met some amazing people along the way and have a lot of contacts between the states that have opened up many doors to promote my outfit business. After working for a guide service for a year I realized that I could do what he does as well as still guide, myself. When that idea clicked and seemed realistic we headed back to Texas to start All Things Outfitters. I kept my connections in the lone star state hunting Whitetail, Exotics and Pigs, as well as getting an amazing group of guys in Florida to keep working with me, doing trips there. The desire in me burns every minute I am awake, I cannot explain it and I want to grow more every day. From the business and logistics side of things to the comradery and days in the woods and time on the water with clients. Once getting into the outfitting world I have helped maintain ranches across the state in various climates making improvements ranch to ranch. I have built ponds, planted, harvested, cleared land, built and maintaned roads, fixed and troubleshot electrical issues(110V and 12V), fixed plumbing issues, and have been self motivated to take on the next challenge!  I appreciate your time reading this and would love to speak to you about future opportunities. After managing my team as a lead airplane mechanic I learned how to approach and deal with individuals for who they were.
