• Assist designing/procuring/photographing new retail catalogue
• Provide specialized, award-winning design and floral expertise for corporate and client events
• Lead crews of 4-15 in floral production and on-site installation for floral visual areas
• Coordinated seamless delivery logistics with transportation teams to ensure timely arrival of finished arrangements at event venues
• Source floral products and design elements for maximum profitability
• Responsible for all details of assigned events to include rentals and outside services
