Contribute to strategic planning, solutioning, and proposal development for new and existing clients.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes.
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and practice teams on client pitches and solution design.
Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC2).
Identify delivery risks early and develop mitigation plans.
