Manufacturing Duties entail : performing tasks in assembly of SpaceX rocket components. Used hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices to perform production operations. I operate the Gerber machine to cut aircraft materials (composites), as well as other materials for SpaceX. i also package parts and quality inspect parts to make sure they were up to maintaining company standards.

Load and unload, scan items, and sort them on pallets. so they can be sorted to go to the correct destination ., made sure the truck drivers orders were ready for them for delivery the next day .maintained clean work environment, followed safety regulations and worked with team to meet daily goals and quotas.

I developed strategies for problem-solving and conflict resolution among team members. Coordinated team activities and delegated tasks to ensure efficient completion of projects. Motivated team members through recognition programs and performance-based incentives. Identified arenas for improvement, narrowing focus for decision-makers in making necessary changes. Offered training and supporting to keep the team members motivated and working toward objectives.
