As the Brand Operations Lead I am responsible for receiving and making sure that the incoming shipment is accurately accounted for. I lead and train associates in efficiently making sure that brand standards are upheld while processing the shipment. I train new hires in brand and technology, so that they can understand product and make sure its put away on the sales floor accordingly. I am responsible for making sure that product quantities are on the floor appropriately through our RFID system, so that it is available to the customer and eliminates associates trips to the backroom, so that we can spend more time customer facing. When not focusing on merchandising, on the sales floor I am able to create energy and lead associates to make our sales goals during my allotted segments.

As the Stables Manager I was not only responsible for a team of trainers and ranch hands, I was also responsible for making sure that the animals were cared for accordingly. I did this by making sure that the team I oversaw had basic or either advanced skills in all aspects of care. This includes, cleaning of stables, breaking, training horses in basic commands and riding them daily. Some other aspects of care included grooming and monitoring behaviors and health of the horses to be able to take quick action if needed.

While I was the Volunteer Manager, I made sure that I supported and mentored other volunteers by teaching basic horse care, and riding skills to them. I delegated tasks to qualified volunteers and completed myself, tasks such as riding, feeding and watering, grooming, breaking, and cleaning of stables to provide a clean environment for horses.
