1. I took a 6 hour boaters class to have the ability to drive boats perfectly

2. I worked full time

3.i got promoted to a higher position just for the ability i have on socializing with the members of the club

4. All the members knew me very well just from my communication and bright personality

5. I’m good at covering shifts when someone needed it.

6. I would spend up to 3 hours cleaning boats till they were spotless

7. I am excellent at the technology with the company ( making and canceling reservations, sending out text to members every night before there reservation, picking up phone calls, along with helping members over the phone when they needed it)

8. I would stay up till 4 hours past my shift to wait for a boat to come back after getting stuck, I will do anything I can to make sure they come back okay. For example: calling sea tow and walking them along with the members thru the situation.

9. I never called off work no matter how I’m feeling I will always be reliable to my job.

1. I was always on time at 6am every morning

2. I would carry up to 4 chairs with 2 umbrellas on my back to set up perfectly on the beach

3. I had a very good work ethic and was always put on the hardest jobs which I always got done the way my manger wanted to.

4. I was great with taking peoples orders over the phone along with driving to the families to fix any problems with the equipment until they were satisfied.

5. I was very good at communicating with this job, there was a lot of certain steps so I would ask for help or advice before doing something I wasn’t 100% sure about.

3. I wasn’t old enough to waitress at the time so I was very observant of the waitressing job for the future

4. I am great with people and will always be bright with a smile

5. When work was in a rush I would help buss tables on the side of hosting to help the company work on the right time

6. I created a list for closing so I would remember exactly what to do and did it perfect each time.

1. I worked as a cashier in the front along with the drive thru from proving excellent customer service

2. Closing was a three hour process, so I created a list to make sure I had everything perfectly done and prepared for the next day

3. I’m very good at checking over my work

4. The main reason I’m good at customer service is my personality and work ethic and doing my best to make sure every customer is satisfied.

5. I made sure to clean and organize every “mess” created by me or another employee along with customers .

2. I scooped ice cream for customers as well and always made sure to wear gloves and keep my hands clean and made each one satisfied.

3. I worked in the back as well with cutting fish bait, scooping ice, replacing old items, and other side work

4. I worked around the pier by walking up and down and taking out each trash can, along with inside work of folding clothes and organizing to keep myself busy .
