As the Digital Media Specialist for Northeast Farrier it is my responsibility to manage all things digital including websites, social media accounts, online customer service, online sales product photos, event photography, videography and graphic design. Some of my other responsibilities include creating and publishing ads, community outreach, assistance in event planning, event marketing, and fostering customer relationships.

As the digital media specialist I have helped increase online sales with the use of digital advertisements through social media, I have successfully run multiple ads on all social media platforms. I also created content specific to upcoming events the business is attending or holding to keep our customers up to date and hold a strong relationship with our community.

I have attended multiple educational clinics for farriers, engaging with customers and utilizing my photography and videography skills to capture highlights from the events. Some events include the Equine Affaire, Northeast Farrier Supply Fall 2023 Clinic and Spring 2024 Clinic.

Greeted guests and provided the needs they required before meeting with a server.

Maintained a positive relationship between guests, coworkers, and managers.

Utilized communication skills while working with a wide range of ages to help riders gain confidence and be successful in horseback riding.
