I volunteered at the Athens Humane society as a shelter support assistant during my last semester at College. My duties consisted of whatever was needed by the full time volunteers/employees. Some of these tasks included: cleaning the shelter (sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, changing laundry, washing dishes, etc.), setting up rooms for new puppies (putting out blankets, toys, etc.), moving items in and out of storage, taking out the trash, etc.

My childcare experience consists of babysitting for family members and family friends when needed, though not a formal position. I babysat for my mom's friend a few times during the pandemic who has a two-year-old son. My duties included playing with and entertaining the toddler, feeding him, changing diapers, putting him down for a nap, and monitoring the camera in his nursery.

I held multiple positions at a small Italian restaurant I worked at from the ages of 16-17. I started out as a counter service employee and eventually started serving as well. My duties included: greeting customers when they entered the restaurant, answering the phones, taking orders, serving customers, taking pizzas out of the oven and cutting them, prepping items (chopping garlic, filling dressing cups, preparing desserts, making tea, folding pizza boxes, etc.), cleaning my work areas (sweeping, mopping, putting away dishes, cleaning tables, cleaning work stations, etc.)

My first job in high school was working as a hostess at Mellow Mushroom, when I was 15. My duties included: greeting customers when they entered the restaurant, seating them at a table according to the seating chart made each day, folding pizza boxes, sweeping floors, cleaning windows, clearing/cleaning tables, assisting servers when needed, etc.
