Lily Persio

My first job was at Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. I worked in Chill, meaning I made the ice cream treats. I also worked in the dining room and the drive through window, where I learned how to work the cash register and handle money. I also developed great people skills through this job. I learned how to open up and make customers feel welcome. A year later, I started to work at Giant Eagle grocery store as a cashier. I learned how to work in a stressful environment productively. I learned so many better customer service skills. My patience and friendliness in every situation definitely improved.
