Currently, in charge of 37 maintenance team members including ( 3 maintenance supervisors, 4 service center coordinators, 25 maintenance technicians, 2 custodial specialists, and 3 ground tech 1s) In addition oversee over 12 subcontractors in all maintenance trades.

  • Under responsibility is a total of 2636 military housing units (townhomes, duplexes, single-family, ADA units, 4 neighborhood centers, 3 large community pools, and a Leasing office.
