Research

Department of Natural Sciences Biotechnology, University of Houston,

Downtown,Vitamin C Determination: titration and spectrophotometry, 77002, USA, 06/2023, 07/2023, The aim of our study was to accurately measure the amount of Vitamin C present in a given sample through these analytical methods. We started by collecting various samples containing different concentrations of Vitamin C. These samples were then analyzed using both titration and spectrophotometry techniques. During titration, we added a standardized solution of iodine to the Vitamin C sample until a color change occurred, indicating the endpoint of the reaction. By measuring the volume of iodine required, we could determine the concentration of Vitamin C in the sample After collecting and analyzing the data using appropriate statistical techniques, we interpreted our findings in the context of our research topic. We created visual representations of the data, such as graphs and tables, to present our findings in a clear and concise manner. Used UV-VIS and visual Titration to analyze
