In addition to the role of classroom teacher, I was the Director of the academy. In this role I oversaw the academy students and staff, prepared ACT orders and curriculum orders for the academy.

As Director it was also my responsibility to deal with disciplinary issues and to make sure the students in the academy were safe at all times. I worked closely with my staff in order to develop a cohesive learning environment for our students,
